'Fron Heulog' is a semi-detached cottage located in the rural hamlet of Dinas, Llanwnda right next to the Welsh Highland heritage steam railway. The cottage is situated between Anglesey, the Llyn Peninsula, and Snowdonia. Dinas Dinille beach is just a 10 minutes drive (4.5 mi)
Fron Heulog overlooks fields with views over to Anglesey, a heritage steam railway station and a traditional church.

There is plenty to keep everyone happily occupied during your stay. Cyclists have an excellent choice of road loops and mountain bike trails, including the 16-mile-long traffic-free Lôn Eifion cycle path between Caernarfon and Brynicir which runs by the cottage.
There are numerous walking opportunities in the area and a 20-minute car ride will take you to Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon, where you can walk around the lake or take one of the six classic routes up to the summit.
The town of Caernarfon itself hosts plenty of amenities to assist you on a self-catered stay including local shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as fishing trips from the harbour. Those seeking a traditional day by the sea will delight at the easy access to Dinas Dinille beach (10 mins drive) and the Isle of Anglesey; you can even take the ferry over to Dublin for the day if you wish!
